Abstract:
Předkládaná bakalářská práce se zabývá normativními teoriemi secese, zejména pak remediální teorií secese Allena Buchanana. V teoretická část obsahuje i rozdělení teorií secece podle Buchanana na primární a remediální. Primární pak dále dělí na askriptivní a plesbiscitní teorie secese, zárověň jsou zmíněni autoři těchto teorií. Praktická se snaží pomocí sedmi bodů Buchananovy remediální teorie secese …more
Abstract:
This thesis is dealing with normative theories of secession, particulary Allen Buchanan´s remedial right only theory. The theoretical part containts main divinding theories of secession according to Allen Buchanan to primary right and remedial right to secession. Primary right to secession is next divided to ascriptive and plesbiscitary theories of secession, then authors of these theories are introduced …more
