Práce s názvem „Strategická analýza a tvorba strategie“ si dává za cíl zpracovat analýzu vybraného podniku a vytvořit vhodnou strategii, která mu pomůže k budoucímu rozvoji a dosažení cílů. The work entitled "Strategic analysis and strategy creation" aims to analyze the selected company and create a suitable strategy that will help it in future development and to achieve its goals. The work is based mainly on stakeholder approach, stakeholder analysis and its tools.
