Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na přestupky proti občanskému soužití. Vysvětluje definici základních pojmů, které jsou použity v ustanoveních a funkci, kterou plní správní tresty. The bachelor thesis is focused on offenses against civil cohabitation. It explains definition of fundamental concepts, which are used in provisions and function, which carries out administrative penalties.
