Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na využití CRM systému ve vybraném podniku. Jako podnik jsem si vybral DUDÁK – Měšťanský pivovar Strakonice, a.s. Cílem této práce bylo zanalyzovat dosavadní CRM systém, který využívá pivovar a poté navrhnout lepší řešení. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě poloviny. V první polovině se nachází literární rešerše s metodikou práce, ve které jsou popsané definice týkajících se SWOT analýzy a CRM systému. V druhé polovině bakalářské práce je k vidění praktická část, ve které je analýza a také rozhovor. V závěru práce jsou vyhodnocovány jednotlivé analýzy a také návrhy opatření pro zlepšení fungování.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on the use of CRM system in the selected enterprise. As the enterprise I chose DUDÁK – Měšťanský pivovar Strakonice, a.s. The aim of this thesis was to analyse the existing CRM system used by the brewery and then to propose a better solution. The bachelor thesis is divided into two halves. In the first half there is literary research with the methodology of the thesis, in which the definitions related to SWOT analysis and CRM system are described. In the second half of the bachelor thesis there is practical part, in which there is analysis and also interview. At the end of the thesis there are evaluations of individual analyses as well as suggestions for measures to improve the functioning.
