This diploma thesis focuses on the identification of factors influencing natural rate of unemplyment EU countries. On the basis of Hodrick-Prescott filter, natural rates of unemployment for every country are estimated and furthermore, using econometrical tools of identification models of panel data are quantified by institutional and macroeconomical factors,which all can influence its level. Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na identifikaci faktorů ovlivňujících přirozenou míru nezaměstnanosti v zemích Evropské unii.
