Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá systémem nemocenského pojištění. Pojednává, jak tento systém plní svoji úlohu zabezpečit pojištěnce v době nemoci. Obeznamuje se současnou právní úpravou. Cílem práce je zjistit, jak legislativní změny v oblasti nemocenských dávek ovlivňují úroveň zajištění pojištěnce v době nemoci, jak zasahují do kvality jejich života a zhodnotit soulad s konceptem sociálního státu. Empirická část je zpracována na základě sekundární analýzy statistických dat a pomocí dotazníku kvantitativní metodou. Získaná data jsou analyzována a interpretována dle zjištěných skutečností v závěru práce.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the health insurance system. It discusses how the system fulfills its role to ensure an insuree at the time of illness and gives information about current legislation. The aim of this thesis is to determine how legislative changes in the field of sickness benefits affect the level of insuree ensurance at the time of illness and life quality and evaluate whether these changes are in accordance with welfare state concept. Using quantitative method, the empirical part is compiled on the basis of secondary statistical data analysis and questionnaire. The acquired data are analyzed and interpreted according to the established facts at the end of this thesis.
