Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na téma udržitelnosti potravinového systému v České Republice, podkapitoly udržitelného rozvoje. V teoretické části jsou rozebrány globální trendy, problémy a predikce vývoje do budoucna a trendy v České Republice. V praktickou částí je dotazníkové šetření zaměřené na spotřebitele, jejich podvědomí a kontribuce k udržitelnosti potravinového systému v ČR.
Abstract:
Bachelor thesis is focused on the topic of sustainability of food system, which is subcathegory of sustainable development, in the Czech Republic. Theoretical part analyzed current global trends, issues and predictions of its' future development and trends in the Czech Republic.
