Táto práca sa zaoberám vytváraním webovej aplikácie využívajúc XML funkcionalitu v databáze Oracle, za pomoci programovacieho jazyka PHP. V teoretickej časti sa práca zaoberá vysvetlením pojmov ako databázové systémy, v krátkosti popisuje Oracle, jeho štruktúru ako aj popis objektového modelu Oracle. In this thesis I deal with creating a web application which is using XML functions in the Oracle database. PHP programming language is also used to develop this application.
