Support of Labour Work Mobility Within the European Union
Abstract:
Diplomová práce popisuje problematiku týkající se mobility pracovní síly v rámci Evropské unie. Zaměřuje se na překážky, které volný pohyb pracovní síly omezují, a jak Evropská unie tyto překážky eliminuje. Součástí práce je i dotazníková studie "Motivace českých občanů k práci v zahraničí".
Abstract:
This dissertation describes labour work mobility issues within the European Union. It focuses on obstacles that restrict the free movement of workers and how these obstacles can be eliminated by the European Union. The case study "Motivation of Czech workers to work abroad" is also included in this dissertation.
