Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce je v teoretické části obecná charakteristika exekučního řízení, ve které se zaměřuji na pojmy spojené s exekucemi a obecnými předpoklady pro exekuce. The main objective of this thesis is the general characteristics of distraint proceedings in its theoretical part, in which I focus on terminology connected with distraint proceedings and general conditions for distraint.
