Práce je věnována problematice poklesu akomodační amplitudy vzhledem k věku a ověření platnosti Duanovy křivky. Teoretická část obsahuje v úvodu popis anatomických struktur refrakčních stavů oka. Je zde také věnována část popisu mechanismu akomodace, jejich jednotlivých složek a možných metod měření. The work is devoted to the decline in accommodative amplitude due to age and validation Duane curve. The theoretical part includes the introduction of a description of anatomical structures refractive state of the eye.
