Analysis of required competencies in the labor market in the chosen field

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat kompetence, které se požadují na trhu práce v oboru Doprava a spoje a komparovat je s kompetencemi, kterými disponují absolventi škol. Teoretická část se věnuje pojmu kompetence, jejími druhy, měření úrovně, rozvoji nebo kvalifikování kompetencí u vybraných pozic v oboru Doprava a spoje. Aplikační část se věnuje znalostem a dovednostem, které mohou absolventi škol získat během svého studia v Jihočeském kraji v dopravní nebo logistickém zaměření. Prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření jsou v práci šetřeny kompetence, kterými disponují absolventi škol a zároveň kompetence, které se požadují na trhu práce z hlediska dopravních podniků v Jihočeském kraji. V neposlední řadě v aplikační části jsou porovnány oba dotazníkové šetření mezi sebou a na základě komparace výsledků stanoveny návrhy opatření ke zlepšení u zjištěných nedostatků.

Abstract:

The target of the bachelor thesis is to analyze the competencies, which are requiring in the labor market in the field of transport and communications and to compare them with the competencies available graduates. The theoretical part deals with the concept of competency, it´s types, level measurement, development or qualified competencies in selected positions in the field of transport and communications. The application part is going to deal with the knowledge and skills that graduates can acquire during their studies in the South Region at the transport and logistics industry. Through a questionnaire survey are going to be identified the competencies available graduates and through a second questionnaire will explore the competencies that are required in the labor market in terms of transport enterprises in the South Region. Finally, in the application part i´m going to compare the two a questionnaire survey among themselves and on the comparison of results I will determine proposals for measures to improve the identified shortcomings.
