Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na zaměstnávání osob se záznamem v rejstříku trestů z pohledu zaměstnavatele. Teoretická část popisuje zákony a problematiku zaměstnanosti. Praktická část se zabývá podmínkami přijetí a zkušenostmi zaměstnavatelů s osobami se záznamem v rejstříku trestů. The thesis is focused on employing people with a criminal rekord from the employer's perspective. The theoretical part describes laws and issues of employment. The practical part deals with the conditions of acceptance and experience of employers with persons with a criminal record.
