Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje aktuální systém odměňování a motivování zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti. Cílem bakalářské práce je pomocí poznatků získaných při tvorbě dotazníkového šetření navrhnout změny a doporučení na odměňování a motivování zaměstnanců.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis focuses on the current system of rewarding and motivating employees in a selected company. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to use the knowledge gained from the questionnaire survey to suggest changes and recommendations for rewarding and motivating employees.
