Abstract:

Diplomová práce s názvem „Personální management a průzkum názorů zaměstnanců“ se zabývá výzkumem v organizaci. Předmětem zájmu je specifický typ výzkumu, který je v řadě velkých organizací a firem stále častěji využíván – jde o průzkum názorů a postojů zaměstnanců. Cílem práce je seznámit čtenáře s tímto nástrojem a s jeho využitím v rámci řízení lidských zdrojů. V teoretické části je průzkum názorů zaměstnanců zasazen do kontextu měkkého a tvrdého řízení lidských zdrojů a jsou zde objasněna možná využití průzkumu v personální praxi na základě rešerše existující literatury. V empirické části je pak na případu konkrétní organizace analyzováno, jakým způsobem je průzkum ve vybrané organizaci využíván. Prostřednictvím rozhovorů s personalisty a vedoucími a na základě analýzy dat z dotazníků sebraných mezi zaměstnanci organizace, práce přináší zjištění o tom, k jakým účelům slouží průzkum zaměstnanců v této organizaci, a zdali slouží jako nástroj měkkého řízení lidských zdrojů, nebo naopak jako nástroj tvrdého řízení lidských zdrojů.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis titled "Personnel management and employee attitude survey" deals with research in an organization. The object of interest is a specific type of research that is increasingly used in many large organizations and companies - a survey of opinions and attitudes of employees. The aim is to familiarize the reader with this tool and its use in the management of human resources. The theoretical part of the thesis defines an employee attitude survey in the context of soft and hard human resource management and illustrates the usage of survey in personnel practice, based on existing literature. In the empirical part of this thesis, the case of a particular organization is analyzed including analyzing the way how the survey is used in this selected organization. Through interviews with HR professionals and managers and on the basis of analysis of data collected from questionnaires among employees of the organization, the work presents results about the purposes for which the survey is used in the organization, and whether it serves as a tool of soft human resource management or vice versa as a tool of hard human resource management.
