Vnitřní vztahy podílových spoluvlastníků

Internal Relations Amongst Tenants in Common
Abstract:
Ve své diplomové práci jsem se věnovala rozboru vnitřních vztahů mezi podílovými spoluvlastníky. Cílem mé práce byla analýza vnitřních vztahů podílových spoluvlastníků v režimu občanského zákoníku de lege lata a komparace této problematiky s úpravou minulou a s úpravou de lege ferenda. Pokusila jsem se zachytit rozdíly v jednotlivých úpravách tak, jak se měnily spolu se společenskými poměry.
Abstract:
The objective of the present study was to analyse the internal relations among co-owners under the Civil Code de lege lata and compare the findings to the previous legislation and to the legislation de lege ferenda. I tried to take down differences in the particular regulations to the way they have changed along with societal conditions.
