Genotyping of the cytochrome P450 2C9 and VKORC1 gene.
Abstract:
Cílem této práce bylo stanovit genotyp CYP2C9 a VKORC1 u pacientů léčených Warfarinem a tyto výsledky pak porovnat s předepisovanými dávkami. Bylo vyšetřeno 25 pacientů, ke stanovení frekvence alel v běžné populaci přispělo vyšetření 30 negativních kontrol. Polymorfismy u obou genů mohou ovlivnit individuální senzitivitu vůči Warfarinu. Abstract:
The aim of this work was to determine CYP2C9 and VKORC1 genotype in patients medicated with Warfarin and to compare these results with prescribed doses. Twenty-five patients were examined, the examination of thirty negative controls contributed to determine frequency of alleles.
