Formal publicity principle in the Land Register

Ve své bakalářské práci se budu zabývat jednou ze zásad vedení katastru nemovitostí a to zásadou formální publicity (poskytování údajů). V první části práce uvádím stručnou charakteristiku KN, po vymezení základních pojmů, jsem popsal jen okrajově zásady KN. In my thesis, I will discuss one of the principles of the Land and the principle of formal publicity (provision of information). In the first part I present a brief characterization of the land registry, demarcation the basic concepts, I have described only marginally principles within.
