Diplomová práce se zabývá kvalitou života pacientů s fibrilací síní, kteří byli převedeni z Marcoumar/Warfarinu na nová perorální antikoagulancia. Cílem práce bylo zjistit, zda onemocnění fibrilace síní ovlivňuje kvalitu života pacientů a odhalit omezení spojená s užíváním Marcoumar/Warfarinu a NOAK. Abstract:
This thesis examines the life quality of patients suffering from atrial fibrillation (and) who have been switched from Marcoumar/Warfarin to new oral anticoagulants (NOAC´s). The aim was to evaluate whether the disease has any influence on Quality of Life and reveals the limitations associated with the intake of Marcoumar/Warfarin and NOAC´s.
