Cieľom mojej diplomovej práce je zamerať sa na otázky spojené so zákonnosťou dokazovania a vplyvom nezákonného dokazovania na účinnosť, resp. neúčinnosť dôkazov. A práve neúčinnosť, neprípustnosť dôkazov je predmetom mojej práce. Nepoužiteľnosť, neúčinnosť alebo neprípustnosť dôkazu je vlastne procesným dôsledkom porušenia predpisov o dokazovaní v trestnom konaní z hľadiska takzvaného dôkazného významu …more
Abstract:
My dissertation tries to point all questions of the legality of this procedure and the effect of the defects in the criminal proceeding causing some evidences not admissible on trial.
