Analyses of the Currency and Price Clauses in the International Sales Contract and their Contractual Regulation
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce řeší možnosti ochrany smluvních stran pomocí měnových a cenových doložek před riziky spojenými se změnou okolností ovlivňujících reálnou výši kupní ceny. Práce taktéž seznamuje se základními pojmy týkajícími se mezinárodní kupní smlouvy.
Abstract:
This thesis introduces reader into an international sales contract, where it stresses on protecting contracting parties from currency and price swings. This work also gives a basic overview of international sales contract and the contractual regulation.
