Institutes of the health service management at the municipal level in the Ústecký region

Anotace:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na organizaci zdravotní péče v Ústeckém kraji. Autorka se zaměřila na organizaci řízení zdravotnictví v rámci institucí územní veřejné správy a jejich organizací. Rezort zdravotnictví od devadesátých let minulého století prošel několika reformami, které pochopitelně zasáhly i do její institucionální složky. Péče o zdraví je velmi citlivé téma a stává se často součástí politických diskusí. To má často za následek, že organizační struktura, právní subjektivita organizací a jejich financování jsou závislé na tom, který politický subjekt v regionu zvítězil. To se samozřejmě odráží i v Ústeckém kraji. Autorka využívá ve své práci informace z odborné literatury, dokumentace orgánů územní samosprávy, ale též vlastních zkušeností, neboť sama v jednom zdravotnickém zařízení působí

Abstract:

This graduation thesis is oriented to organization of health care in the Ústecký region. The author focused on organization of health services management within the frame of territorial public services institutions and their organizations. Since the nineties there were several reforms in the health services area that also affected its institutional units. The health care theme is a very sensitive issue and it often becomes subject to political discussions. The result of that is that the organizational structure, legal identity and funding of these organizations depend upon the political party that won last local elections. This influence is also reflected in the Ústecký region. In her thesis, the author uses information from expert literature, documentation of municipal authorities and also her own experience because she works in a medical facility.
