Tato diplomová práce se člení na úvod, 5 kapitol a závěr. Zaměřuje se na různé aspekty důkazního břemena v civilním řízení, včetně jeho definice, rozdělení na subjektivní a objektivní, a souvislosti s procesem dokazování. It focuses on various aspects of the burden of proof in civil proceedings, including its definition, the division into subjective and objective, and the connection with the process of proof.
