Abstract:
Práce se zabývá výskytem antioxidantů v potravinách a jejich vlivem na organismus člověka. Teoretická část práce uvádí charakteristiku jednotlivých antioxidantů, jejich dělení, vlastnosti, vliv na organismus a lidské zdraví. The bachelor thesis concerns with the occurrence of antioxidants in foods and their effects on the human body. The theoretical part of the thesis presents the charakteristics of individual antioxidants, their division, properties, effects on the organism and human health.
