Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou institutu ohroženého plnění a úzce souvisejícími otázkami v režimu Vídeňské úmluvy, Principů UNIDROIT a českého občanského zákoníku. This thesis deals with an issue of the anticipatory breach and closely related questions under the CISG, UNIDROIT Principles and Czech civil code. The goal of the thesis is to analyse anticipatory breach under the aforementioned legal instruments and their comparison. The thesis comprises seven chapters.
