Abstract:

ABSTRAKT LIPPERTOVÁ, Markéta. Aktuální problematika spalniček. Vysoká škola zdravotnická, o. p. s. Stupeň kvalifikace: Bakalář (Bc.). Vedoucí práce: doc. MUDr. Lidmila Hamplová, Ph.D. Praha. 2020. 61 s. Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku incidence spalniček v Královéhradeckém kraji v roce 2019. Cílem teoretické části je definovat etiologii onemocnění, léčbu, komplikace a další epidemiologické aspekty nákazy. Současně je popsána historie očkování a aktuální platná legislativa ve vztahu k povinnému, zvláštnímu a mimořádnému očkování z pohledu zákona o ochraně veřejného zdraví a prováděcích vyhlášek v České republice. Empirická část práce je postavena na základě retrospektivní analýzy dat z Územního pracoviště Trutnov Krajské hygienické stanice Královéhradeckého kraje, Oblastní nemocnice Trutnov a pracoviště nezdravotnického typu v regionu. Praktická část popisuje protiepidemická opatření, která přijala vybraná pracoviště v regionu v souvislosti s nepříznivou epidemiologickou situací ve výskytu spalniček v roce 2019. Cílem bakalářské práce je upozornit na rizika a komplikace týkající se provozu těchto zařízení spojené s výskytem spalniček jak ve zdravotnických zařízeních, tak i podnicích výrobní sféry v regionu. Průzkumná část práce obsahuje jak analýzu epidemiologické situace a její řešení, tak i možný ekonomický dopad realizovaných opatření na tato zařízení. Klíčová slova: Epidemiologie. Incidence. ABSTRACT LIPPERTOVÁ, Markéta. Current Issues in Measles. Medical College. Degree: Bachelor (Bc.) Supervisor: doc. MUDr. Lidmila Hamplová, Ph.D. Praha. 2020. 61 s. This bachelor thesis is focused on the of measles incidence in the Hradec Králové region in 2019. The aim of the theoretical part is to define the etiology of the disease, treatment, complications and other epidemiological aspects of the infection. At the same time, the history of vaccination and current legislation in relation to mandatory, special and extraordinary vaccination from the perspective of the Public Health Protection Act and implementing decrees in the Czech Republic are described. The empirical part of the thesis is based on a retrospective analysis of data from the Territorial Workplace of the Trutnov Regional Hygiene Station of the Hradec Králové Region, the Regional Hospital of Trutnov and the non-medical workplaces in the region. The practical part describes the anti-epidemiological measures taken by selected workplaces in the region in connection with the unfavourable epidemiological situation in the occurrence in 2019. The aim of the thesis is to draw attention to the risks and complications related to the operation of these facilities production sphere in the region. The exploratory part of the thesis contains both the analysis of the epidemiological situation and its solution, as well as the possible economic impact of the implemented measures on these facilities.
