Project of the Royal Dog Cider 2019 Event

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na vypracování projektu Royal Dog Cider 2019. Skládá se z teoretické, analytické a projektové části. Teoretická část je věnována základním teoretickým poznatkům z oblasti pivovarnictví, marketingové komunikace a event marketingu. V praktické části je provedena analýza a následné zhodnocení eventu Royal Dog Cider 2018, jež slouží jako podklad pro vypracování projektu. U tohoto eventu je analyzován průběh přípravy a realizace jednotlivých částí akce. V další pasáži je sestavena SWOT analýza a PESTEL analýza zaměřující se na event a dále také analýza konkurence vztahující se na produkt Royal Dog Cider. Projektová část zahrnuje realizaci eventu, návrhy pro vylepšení a je také podrobena časové, nákladové a rizikové analýze.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis covers the making-of of the project Royal Dog Cider 2019. It is divided into theoretical, analytical and project part. The theoretical part is dedicated to the basic theoretical knowledge in the field of brewery, marketing communication and event marketing. In the practical part, there is an analysis and evaluation of the event Royal Dog Cider 2018, which serves as a background for the development of the project. For this event there is the analysis of preparations and realisation of the particular parts of the event. In the next part, there are the SWOT and PESTEL analyses that focus on the event. There is also the analysis of competitors of the product Royal Dog Cider. The project part includes the realization of the event, suggestions of improvements and it also includes time analysis, costs analysis and risk analysis.
