International experience as a key opportunity in talent management support

Abstract:

The Diploma thesis deals with the talent management in the company and talent management process recognizable in the tertiary educational sector. These processes through the international exchange programmes are able to increase the competencies of student - future employers and employees. The main aim is to demonstrate that the international experience can be the key way how to support talent. It also concurrently emphasizes the fact that international exchange programme can be one of the best ways how to appreciate the developing part of talent management process. Practical outcome of my thesis itself would be a guidebook for applicants of chosen international exchange program.
