Vliv sociálních sítí na Generaci Z a Generaci Alpha

Abstract:

Předkládaná bakalářská práce se zabývala dopady a přínosy sociálních sítí, vlivem influencerů na rozhodovací procesy adolescentů, četností výskytu rizik na sociálních platformách a významem prevence pro generace Alfa a Z. Výzkum byl proveden na základě dotazníkového šetření, které bylo vyhodnoceno pomocí kvantitativních a kvalitativních analytických metod. Následně byla využita korelační analýza a Pearsonův chí-kvadrát test k identifikaci vzájemných vztahů mezi kategoriálními proměnnými. Z výsledků výzkumu vyplývá, že generace Alfa a Z jsou významně závislé na sociálních sítích. Avšak nebyl prokázán vztah mezi psychosociálními a emočními pocity a množstvím času, kteří adolescenti tráví na sociálních sítích. Výsledky dále naznačují, že existuje negativní dopad sociálních sítí na psychosociální pocity generace Alfa a Z. Následně nebyl zjištěn významný vliv influencerů na chování a rozhodovací procesy dětí a mládeže, i přesto, že důvěra v informace od influencerů je značná. Na základě toho nebyl influencer marketing shledán jako vhodná forma reklamy pro děti a mládež, jelikož jsou vysoce odolní vůči jejich přesvědčovacím praktikám. V neposlední řadě byla prokázána významnost rizik na sociálních sítích pro generace Alfa Z. Zjištění dále ukazují, že prevence a bezpečnost na sociálních sítích jsou považovány generacemi Alfa a Z za důležité, a proto se snaží aktivně těmto rizikům předcházet a eliminovat je pomocí bezpečnostních funkcí, které sociální sítě nabízí. Omezení této bakalářské práce lze spatřovat v definování vzorku respondentů, který tvořili pouze adolescenti. Pro zajištění vyšší objektivity je potřeba dalšího výzkumu se zaměřením na názory rodičů generací Alfy a Z.

Abstract:

The present bachelor thesis addressed the impacts and benefits of social networks, the influence of influencers on adolescents' decision-making processes, the frequency of risks on social platforms and the importance of prevention for the Alpha and Z generations. The research was based on a questionnaire survey, which was evaluated using quantitative and qualitative analytical methods. Subsequently, correlation analysis and Pearson chi-square test were used to identify correlations between categorical variables. The research results show that the Alpha and Z generations are significantly dependent on social networks. However, no relationship was found between psychosocial and emotional feelings and the amount of time adolescents spend on social networking sites. The results further suggest that there is a negative impact of social networking on the psychosocial feelings of Generation Alpha and Z. Consequently, there was no significant effect of influencers on children and adolescents' behaviour and decision-making processes, even though trust in influencers' information is high. Based on this, influencer marketing was not found to be an appropriate form of advertising for children and youth as they are highly resistant to their persuasive practices. Finally, the significance of social media risks for the Alpha Z generation was demonstrated. The findings further show that prevention and safety on social networks are considered important by Generations Alpha and Z and therefore they actively seek to prevent and eliminate these risks through the safety features offered by social networks. A limitation of this thesis can be seen in the definition of the sample of respondents, which consisted only of adolescents. Further research is needed to ensure greater objectivity, focusing on the views of parents of the Alpha and Z generations.
