Cílem práce je popsat stávající stav a nutnost upravení systému HACCP z důvodu rozšíření působnosti vybrané společnosti. The aim of this work is to describe the current situation and the need for adaptation of HACCP system because of an expansion of supply provided by company work is focused on - Lekkerland Czech Republic Inc. - with headquarters in Prague and branches in Lysa nad Labem city and Kutna Hora city.
