Tato práce se zabývá analýzou postavení oběti trestného činu de lege lata včetně průběžné komparace s předchozí právní úpravou. Ve čtyřech kapitolách předkládá vymezení pojmů oběť a poškozený, mezinárodní dokumenty i českou úpravu práv obětí. This thesis deals with the analysis of the victims of the crime de lege lata, including continuous comparison with previous legislation. The definitions of victim and injured person, international documents and Czech adjustment of the rights of victims are presented in four chapters.
