Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na potenciál technické památky na rozvoj města Třebíč. Zabývá se větrným mlýnem v Třebíči, který patři mezi dominantu města. Cílem je přiblížit historii, vývoj, rekonstrukci a dnešní stav mlýna. Práce zároveň hodnotí první provoz větrného mlýna jako muzeum. Cílem je také navrhnout možné využití větrného mlýna do budoucna. The diploma thesis focuses on the potential of the technical monument for the development of Třebíč. It deals with the windmill in Třebíč. The aim is to present the history, development, reconstruction and current state of the mill. The work also evaluates the first operation of the windmill as a museum.
