Výzkum se zaměřuje na využívání civilní odbornosti příslušníků Aktivní zálohy AČR. Konkrétně jde o identifikaci přístupů k civilním odbornostem napříč jednotkami Aktivní zálohy, které jsou rozděleny do tří skupin. Toho bylo docíleno zejména pomocí kvalitativního dotazování. Research is aimed utilizing the civilian expertise of Czech Army Active reservists during their service. Main goal was to identify approaches towards this phenomenon in reserve units which were divided into three groups. Main used researched method was qualitative interviews.
