Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat současný stav motivace zaměstnanců v mezinárodní společnosti a navrhnout vhodná řešení pro zlepšení. V teoretické části autor vysvětluje pojmy a teorie z oblasti lidských zdrojů a motivace. Dále se zabývá motivačním systémem firmy.
