Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je sestavení podnikatelského plánu na založení kavárny v městě Hronov a posouzení reálnosti a proveditelnosti tohoto projektu. Práce je rozdělena do dvou celků. Prvním je teoretická část popisující strukturu podnikatelského plánu. Na tuto část navazuje praktická, která je zaměřená na skutečný podnikatelský plán nově vznikajícího podniku. Hlavními body jsou charakteristika podniku, klíčové osobnosti figurující v podniku a organizační struktura. Následuje analýza okolí pomocí PEST analýzy, Porterova modelu konkurenčních sil a SWOT analýzy. Další nejobsáhlejší kapitolu tvoří finanční plán ve třech variantách vývoje podniku. Práce je uzavřena poslední kapitolou, která se zabývá metodami hodnocení projektu.

Abstract:

The goal of this bachelor thesis is to prepare a business plan for the establishment of firm that buys and sells coffea beans in chocolate in its own package to the final customers and afterwards evaluate factuality and feasibility of such a project. The thesis is divided into two main parts -- theoretical and practical. The theoretical part describes the the reasons, the demands and the structure necessary for the creation of the plan. This knowledge is applied in the second practical part, presented as a real business plan of such a firm. The main points include characteristics of the company and key people realising this projekt. Furthermore, it covers analysis of the environment focused on competition and SWOT analysis. Emphasis is put on marketing comunication to the final customers. Last but not least, it contains a detailed financial plan prepared in three variants of development and methods of evaluation.
