Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá českým finančním trhom nebankových poskytovateľov a sprostredkovateľov spotrebiteľských úverov po novelizácií zákona o spotrebiteľskom úvere. Vstup Českej národnej banky do role regulátora trhu spotrebiteľských úverov so sebou priniesol výrazné zmeny. Novinkou je povinnosť obdržania licencie a prísne požiadavky k prevádzkovaniu činnosti.
