Abstract:

Slaďování rodinného a pracovního života se v současné době řadí k často diskutovaným tématům, neboť s otázkou harmonizace rodinného a pracovního života je v průběhu života konfrontován každý jedinec, který sehrává určitou roli v rodině a zároveň je participantem na trhu práce. Sladění odlišných sociálních rolí nemusí být vždy jednoduché, jelikož se jednotlivé role vzájemně prolínají a přináší s sebou obtížně zvládnutelnou kumulaci úkolů. Sladění těchto dvou různých, vzájemně doprovázejících se a konkurujících si částí života, má svůj sociální rozměr, který je bakalářské práci podroben teoretickému zkoumání. Metodou přehledové studie jsou analyzovány doposud získané teoretické i empirické poznatky. Cílem této práce je identifikovat nejproblematičtější oblasti v uvedené problematice a rovněž nahlédnou na možnosti vedoucí k vytvoření work-life balance. Sekundárním cílem je odhalit případné rozpory v teoretické i empirické rovině. Ve výzkumném kontextu se jedná o přehled dosavadních poznatků o daném tématu získaných v určitém časovém horizontu.

Abstract:

Reconciling family and work life is currently one of the most debated topics. Almost every individual person is confronted with dilemmas related to this range of problems in their life. Reconciling different social roles may not always be easy, as they are intertwined and sometimes also lead to a difficult management of tasks. The harmonization of different, mutually accompanying and competing parts of life undoubtedly has a social dimension, and this will be subjected to theoretical research in the bachelor's thesis. The method of the review study analyzes the collected theoretical and empirical knowledge. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to identify the most problematic areas as well as the possibilities of reconciling family and work life. The secondary goal will be to reveal possible discrepancies in the theoretical and empirical level. In the research context, it is an overview of existing knowledge on the topic acquired in a certain time horizon.
