Funding opportunities for housing in the Czech Republic

Abstract:

Tématem této bakalářské práce je představení a porovnání jednotlivých možností financování bydlení. Základní myšlenkou této bakalářské práce je porovnání úvěru ze stavebního spoření a hypotečního úvěru. V části teoretické se práce zaměřuje na charakteristiku stavebního spoření, hypotečních úvěrů a dalších možností určených k financování bydlení. V praktické části je pak na modelových příkladech ilustrována finanční náročnost jednotlivých zvolených produktů financování bydlení u vybraných domácností. Pro toto srovnání byly vybrány produkty skupiny ČSOB jako jedné z největších bankovních skupin v České republice. V závěru práce jsou vyhodnoceny srovnávané produkty a celkově zhodnocena daná problematika.

Abstract:

The theme of this bachelor thesis is the presentation and comparison of home financing possibilities. The basic thought of this bachelor thesis is to compare the building society loan to the mortgage loan. The thesis focuses in its theoretical part on characteristics of the building society, mortgage loan and other facilities intended for home financing. In the practical part, there is illustrated the financial performance of the various selected home financing products in model households. As for the comparison, there were selected financial products of the CSOB Group as one of the largest banking group in the Czech Republic. There are evaluated compared products as well as its key aspects at the end of the thesis.
