Abstract:

Cílem mé práce bylo prozkoumat celý průběh přijímacího řízení. A to mělo dát za výsledek obecně platný model ovšem ze strany manažera firmy, který byl tím návodem pro každého zaměstnavatele, jak správně vést přijímací řízení, jednak aby nedošlo k diskriminaci a jednak, aby měla firma jistotu, že vybrala toho nejvhodnějšího kandidáta. Zvolený cíl jsem řešila pomocí analýzy poznámek, které svědomitě ukládal zaměstnavatel a v nemenší řadě rozhovor s dvěma zaměstnanci. Vybrání dvou zaměstnancům, které dělí rozdíl několika let od nástupu do práce. To vše mi tedy umožnilo vytvořit si objektivní přehled. V práci se mi podařilo potvrdit mé teoretické závěry a navíc se mi povedlo vybrat si pro svou praktickou část firmu, která splňovala ideální podmínky pro výběr zaměstnanců. Hlavním zjištěním této práce byl fakt, že manažer nemá přípravu a průběh přijímacího řízení vůbec snadný. Manažer musí být správně proškolen a absolutně imunní sympatiím či antipatiím ať už podle vzhledu nebo národnosti či pohlaví. Troufám si tvrdit, že cíl mé práce byl naplněn a manažer se opravdu může inspirovat několika jednoduchými pravidly, jak vést průběh přijímacího řízení se zaměstnanci.

Abstract:

The aim of this work was to investigate the entire course of the admissions process. And it should give the result of a generally applicable model, however, by the company's manager, who was the guide for each employer to properly conduct admissions, partly to avoid discrimination and also to have a firm assurance that chose the most suitable candidate. The selected destination, I tackled the analysis notes that faithfully saved the employer and no less numerous interviews with two employees. Selecting two employees, which divides the difference a few years of starting work. All this allowed me then to make an objective overview. At work I was able to confirm my theoretical conclusions and, moreover, I was able to choose for their practical business that meets the ideal conditions for employee selection. The main finding of this study was the fact that the manager does not prepare and conduct the admission procedure at all easy. The manager must be properly trained and impervious sympathy or antipathy, whether by appearance or nationality or gender. I dare say that the goal of my work was filled and the manager really can inspire a few simple rules to keep the course of the admission procedure with employees.
