Cílem diplomové práce je na základě dat z období 2016 - 2018 vyhodnotit, zda by bylo z ekonomického hlediska pro městský obvod Ostrava-Jih výhodnější být samostatným územně samosprávným celkem (obcí). Abstract:
The goal of this thesis is to evaluate, based on data gathered from 2016 till 2018, if it is for the city district Ostrava-Jih econimically efficient to be a self-governing territorial unit. Besides the analysis of data provided by the municipality of Ostrava-Jih the thesis uses for its goal a method of comparison, specifically with Olomouc city, which has similar amount of inhabitants.
