Optimization of maintenance actions on wheel profiles of modern locomotives

Abstract:

Obsahem diplomové práce je řešení problematiky sledování a vyhodnocování vývoje provozního opotřebení kol dvojkolí moderních lokomotiv, které jsou provozovány na traťových úsecích charakterizovaných různým technickým stavem, kvalitou údržby a nestejnými geometrickými parametry koleje. Cílem diplomové práce je pak návrh takové četnosti měření dvojkolí a údržbových zásahů na jízdních obrysech kol, kterými bude možné dosáhnout prodloužení životnosti kol lokomotiv.

Abstract:

The scope of the thesis is problem solving for modern locomotives with monitoring and evaluation of the wheelset operating wear trends. Locomotives operate on the line sections that are defined by the variable technical conditions, maintenance quality and by the rails unequal geometrical parameters. The thesis aim is a proposal for the measurement frequency on the vehicle wheel profile and maintenance checks to extend the wheel durability.
