Contexts of elaboration of the particular entrepreneurial purpose - entrance to market with energies

Abstract:

Předložená bakalářská práce "Souvislosti zpracování konkrétního podnikatelského záměru vstup na trh energií" pojednává o souvislostech vstupu nového dodavatele elektrické energie a zemního plynu na energetický trh v České republice. Obchod s elektřinou a plynem je tvořen čtyřmi základními prvky. Základními prvky jsou výroba, přenos, distribuce a obchod s energií. Tato bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části. Na teoretickou část, která se zabývá hlavně základní charakteristikou energetického trhu v České republice a dále na praktickou část, která pojednává o podnikatelském záměru nového dodavatele energií. V rámci této bakalářské práce byla provedena SWOT analýza, finanční analýza a přehled konkurence. Dále byl realizován zjednodušený kvantitativní průzkum potenciálních zákazníků formou dotazníkového šetření. V poslední řadě byla identifikována možná rizika spojená s podnikatelským záměrem.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis "Processing a particular business plan in context entering the energy market" deals with a new supplier of electrical energy and natural gas entering the energy market in the Czech Republic and its context. The electricity and gas business consists of four basic parts production, transfer, distribution, and sale. The thesis is divided in two sections. The theoretical section deals with the basic description of the energy market in the Czech Republic; the practical section introduces a business plan of a new energy supplier. As a part of the thesis, a SWOT analysis, a financial analysis, and a survey of the competition have been conducted. Furthermore, a simple quantitative research of the potential clients has been realized via a questionnaire survey. Eventually, possible risks connected with the business plan have been identified.
