Negotiation as a way to deal with crisis situations

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce  popisuje problematiku krizových situací a krizové komunikace,  teoretická část se zabývá pojmem krize, vznikem krizových situací a jejich topologií. Dále se zabývá otázkou krize z pohledu psychologie a jejího vnímání a dopadu na emoční cítění. V praktické části práce je zkoumána tato problematika v policejní,  lékařské a podnikatelské praxi, což je zmapováno prostřednictvím  polostrukturovaných rozhovorů se zástupci zvolených odvětví.  Výstupem je zjištění show způsobu jednání a řešení krizových situací.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with problems of crisis situations and crisis communication, the theoretical part deals with the concepts of crisis, the emergence of crisis situations and their topologies. It also deals with the questions of the crisis from the point of view of psychology and  it's perception and impact on emotional sentiment. The practical part of the thesis examines this issues in the police,  medical and entrepreneurial practice,  which is mapped through semi-structured interviews with representatives of selected sectors. The output is to determine the consistency of the way of dealing and dealing with crisis situations
