Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with the work of Heinrich Böll and Erich Maria Remarque, it compares their description of the theme of war, investigates the particular aspects of their approaches, searches for the connections between fiction and autobiographical elements of the authors’ lives and reflects the whole concept of war novels and spirit of German literature after the Second World War.
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá dílem Heinricha Bölla a Erich Maria Remarqua, srovnává líčení válečné tematiky, zkoumá jednotlivé aspekty, hledá přímé souvislosti mezi fikcí a autobiografickými prvky autorů a odráží celkové pojetí válečných románů a náladu v německé literatuře po druhé světové válce.
