Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice poruch srdečního rytmu v přednemocniční neodkladné péči. Teoretická část stručně popisuje funkční anatomii srdce a využití elektrokardiografie v PNP, uvádí základní znalosti týkající se arytmií, představuje vybrané arytmie a možnosti jejich léčby. This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of heart rhythm disorders in prehospital emergency care. The theoretical part briefly describes the functional anatomy of the heart and the use of electrocardiography in prehospital emergency care, provides basic knowledge about arrhythmias, presents selected arrhythmias and their treatment options.
