The regulation of contact between child and parent or other persons in comparison with foreign regulations
Abstract:
Tématem práce je právní úprava styku dítěte s rodičem, a jinými osobami ve srovnání se slovenskou a německou právní úpravou. Je zmíněna problematika bránění ve styku, omezení styku a zákazu styku. U styku dítěte s dalšími osobami je věnována pozornost především styku s prarodiči a sourozenci. Práce se zabývá i úpravou styku v mezinárodních dokumentech a evropském kontextu.
Abstract:
The topic of my thesis is “Regulation of contacts between children, their parents and other people in the Czech Republic, in comparison with regulations in foreign countries.” In that work, has been focused on regulation of contact with children in the Czech family law, Slovak law and German law.
