Abstract:

Diploma thesis is dedicated to management and controlling in small and medium enterprises. This thesis focuses on the research and evaluation of the management and controlling processes of chosen company. Divided into three parts: theoretical, methodological and practical. The theoretical part presents the terms and aspects of management and controlling. The methodological part describes methods, which need to provide for achievement of the goals of this thesis. The practical part introduces a PRECO GROUP s.r.o. company and explores through analyses of marketing and financial management and controlling of the firm. At the end of the work, there is a summary and suggestions for improving of the current state of the company.
