The Dilemmas of Prostitution and The Tasks of Social Work

Abstract:

Diplomová práce popisuje prostituci jako sociálně-patologický jev společnosti. Nejprve se věnuje definici prostituce a jejím formám, poté následuje krátký historický exkurz a zasazení do kontextu právních norem v České republice i v zemích Evropy. Největší část se zabývá sociální prací s ženami v sexuálním průmyslu, zde jsou popsány metody a přístupy práce a organizace v České republice, jež pracují s ženami v sexuálním průmyslu. V praktické části je proveden kvalitativní výzkum s ženami v sexbyznyse se zaměřením na jejich resocializaci.

Abstract:

The theme of the dissertation presents the prostitution as the socio-pathological phenomenon of the society. Firstly, there is definition of the prostitution and their forms, after that there is short historical discursion and the insertion into the precept of the law not only in the Czech Republic but also within European countries. The major part deals with the social work with women in the sex industry, in this section there are described methods and approaches of the social work and the organizations in the Czech Republic, which work with women in sex industry. In the practical section, there is a description of the qualitative research concentrated at the women in the sex industry and theirs possible rehabilitation.
