Tato bakalářská práce popisuje postavení obecní policie mezi správními orgány v systému veřejné správy z pohledu orgánu příslušného projednávat přestupky v příkazním řízení na místě. Přináší souhrn jednotlivých skutkových podstat přestupků, které mají strážníci oprávnění řešit. This thesis describes the role of municipal police among administrative bodies in public government system from the view of the body which is appropriate authority to try offences in the command procedure. It brings summary of individual facts of the offences´ case which the municipal police officers are entitled to solve.
