Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá použitím hudby a písniček ve výuce dospělých a jejich přínosem pro rozvoj výslovnosti a poslechových schopností. Jako možné využití populární hudby je zde porobněji zkoumána rapová hudba, která díky své rytmičnosti poskytuje zábavný a efektivní nástoj k procvičování výše zmíněných komunikačních dovedností.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the use of music and songs in the adult ESL classroom and their contribution to the development of pronunciation and listening skills of adult learners. In further detail, rap music is explored. This kind of popular music, thanks to its rhythm, provides an entertaining and effective tool for the practice of above mentioned communicating skills.
